Registered Dental Hygienist Extended Functions (RDHEF)

Registered Dental Hygienist in Alternative Practice (RDHAP)

S = Licensees are allowed to perform soft tissue curettage
L = Licensees are allowed to perform local anesthesia
N = Licensees are allowed to administer nitrous oxide and oxygen
Note: The field will either be completely blank or show the designation "SLN" if they are allowed to perform all three duties. The field will show the designation "NON" if they are not allowed to perform any of the three duties.
ITR = Licensees are allowed to perform interim therapeutic restorations (RDH's Only)
20 - Renewed/Current
21 - Renewed/Current Inactive
45 - Delinquent - includes but not limited to incomplete: renewal fees, renewal questions and/or fingerprint clearances
99 - Conviction declaration not completed on renewal form
28 - Dental Healthcare Workforce Survey incomplete
